Where do you ship from?

For sample orders, we ship from Buford, GA. For regular orders, the manufacturer will ship it directly to your front door. West coast states delivers within 3 weeks, East coast states delivers within 4 weeks. Carriers: USPS / UPS / FedEx Ground Service.

Can I purchase large quantity?

Absolutely! We connect you and the manufacturer, you can order custom colored and branded packaging tumbler easily. Contact us.

Refund policy?

You can return the overstock items to our US warehouse in Atlanta GA anytime if they are still sellable (no modification, original packaging). You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless it is a quality or damage issue.
